Lease Application
In order to lease from
Borgna Real Estate, you must pass a background and credit check. We use
NWIS, a nationally recognized tenant screening service. They charge us
$35, so you must provide us with cash or a cashier's check for $35 when
you submit your Lease Application. Please make sure you fill out the Lease
Application as completely as possible to ensure that NWIS can perform
their work in a timely manner. They are usually able to fax back their
report within 24 hours. You must sign and date the Lease Application or
NWIS will not process.

Lease Agreement
Upon approval, we will provide you
with a completed Lease Agreement for your review. The blank form is
available here so that you can become familiar with the document.
